In Windows Media Player.How do you generate a random play list?

I have hundreds of CDs in the player.I know how to make a play list but is there a way of getting media player just to play a selection of my music randomly.

In library, click songs on the left hand side, click play and then click shuffle (to on, if not already on) to the left of play. I do that ofter, you get a different play list every time !

There is an arrow on the right hand side, click on it and it should give you some options just click random. Hope this helps

yes if you have media player 11 there are 2 arrows crossing over each other on the bottom bar click those and it will shuffle your music
