In Winter for pigeons(doneks) to be outside??

Would this effect the health of my doneks?

or do i need to provide some sort of heat??

  1. It depends on where you live and what sort of accomodations you have for your birds.  So long as they're out of the wind, bet plenty of corn (maize) and liquid water, they can handle pretty cold temps (down to subzero).  If they're only in something like an open wire cage and in the wind and weather, either build something more substantial for them or take them in.  If you're in frigid climes, then ask some of the fanciers local to you how they handle their birds.
