In Wisconsin, how long does someones stuff have to stay in a house before it's considered abandoned?

A roommate of mine is moving out, and someones taking her place. Her stuff has been in the house for about a week now... I know it's a little longer than that. I was just curious if anyone knew the exact amount of time. :)

30 days AFTER you give roommate notice to remove it.

Simply send her a notice that she has until the end of the month to clear her stuff out or you will consider it abandoned.

Take photos of the stuff before you pitch it to show its probable value.
