In Wisconsin, in it legal for a 16 year old to leave home with parental consent?

i've been planning to move out for awhile now but i can't find any info on whether or not it's legal. i've looked in books, on the internet but nothing. please help.

If you are legally "emancipated" from your parents--with or without their consent, then you are good to go

Believe it or not at 16 you are too young to be out on your own.  The reasoning part of the brain doesn't fully develop until the age of 25.  Are you still in high school?  Have you thought of the impact that messing up at this age can have on the rest of your life?  I work with adolescents and their families and see first hand how things like this lead to a life full of problems.  My advice; stay at home, finish school, and for the love of all that is good, GO TO COLLEGE!
