In World War 1, what were the different alliences, and what were the allies names??

I want to know the names I think it was something like Central Powers.

Numerous other states joined these allies, most notably Italy in April 1915, and the United States in April 1917. The Ottoman Empire joined the Central Powers in October 1914, followed a year later by Bulgaria. It was initially Triple Entente (Britain, France and Russia) and Triple Alliance (Germany, Austria-Hungary and Italy). But, as more countries join the alliances, the Triple Entente become Allied Powers and the Triple Alliance become Central Powers. Italy had also backstabbed Germany and Austria-Hungary by joining the Allied Powers.
