    -Hellfire Ramparts.

    -Hellfire Blood Furnace.

    -Coilfang Underbog

    -Coilfang Slave Pens

    -Auchindoun Mana Tombs

    Normal instances:

    -Auchindoun Sethekk Halls

    -Caverns of Time: Durnholde Keep

    -Hard Instances:

    -Hellfire Shattered Halls

    -Coilfang Steam Vaults

    -Auchindoun Shadow Labyrinth

    -Caverns of Time: Black Morass

    -Tempest Keep: Mechanar *

    -Tempest Keep: Botanica *

    * - You need to be summoned there.

    Legend:

    Low instances: easy for your level, low chance of getting upgrades

    Normal instances: good exp and loot for your level

    Hard instances: hard for your level, should not be attempted unless you have a very strong group.
