In Yahoo Groups, if I opt to allow members to create and alter files, can they delete the files others have?

created or only their own? Is there any way to keep members from deleting the work of other members?

they can only delete the files they added or uploaded, not those of other's nor can they edit that of another's. the only ones who can delete any or all or edit is the owner and or moderators of a group
