In Yahoo Groups Database, can I add a short link to a URL?

Typing HTML as <A HREF etc doesn't seem to work.

  1. No, it won&#039;t work.  You can add a link to a URL in the Links area of your group.


  2. Unfortunately, only text is accepted in the tables!

    HTML (href) doesn&#039;t work!

    I did a test and I don&#039;t think you can create a hyperlink in a Yahoo! Groups database. I tried adding HTML to a file and I got all the characters of the HTML and not the hyperlink I was trying to achieve.

    I think it is basically the characteristic of a text file.

    FYI: Yahoo Databases have a table that is VERY simple (flat), not relative and does not have access to insert bookmarks within the database.
