In Yahoo mobile sms how to enter Mobile number?

Why there are only 4 or 5 countries to select your home country in Yahoo Mobile sms page? What is the procedure to enter a mobile phone number? with 00 or without etc.

you can click on a 'Flag"  for more countries

there are alot more then 4 or 5 and I don't know why you think that that is all there is

Once you select the country you will get the correct procedure

for US all you do is type on phone number with area code
