Say they activate a Call of the Haunted on their turn, can I Break it?

  1. No. Sorry to say but if that was another part of Breaker's effect then that would be another reason why he's banned.

  4. no. it should say something like "you can use this effect during your opponent's turn" if you could do that

  5. No you cant do it on your opponents turn and also Breaker is banned now.

  6. no you can only use it during your turn. the only time you could is if the card said otherwise.
