In Yugioh, what are some strong 5 and or 6 star monsters?

I know there is summon skull, but what others are there that can be used in combination with cost down?

the light monarch doesnt have to be tribute summoned it says when normal summoned or special summoned

Some good cards are cyber teck alligator, Machine King, Armed Dragon lv 5 and Super electro magnetic voltech dragon 2400 atk

some good 5-6 stars monsters are jinzo, prime material dragon, kasier glider, monarchs, cyber dragon ect. normal high attack monsters are no longer good e.i. summon skull

First of all, don't use Cost Down with the following cards, for they need Tributes to activate their effects and they WILL dominate the field. Use Tribute -able tokens for these cards.

Mobius the Frost Monarch (CAN destroy up to 2 Spell/Trap Cards)

Zaborg the Thunder Monarch (destroys 1 monster)

Raiza the Storm Monarch (sends 1 card to top of owners deck)

Caius the Shadow Monarch (removes from play 1 card on field)

Kuraz the Light Monarch (CAN destroy up to 2 cards on field)

Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch (opponent discards 1 card from hand randomly)

Granmarg the Rock Monarch (destroys 1 facedown card on field)

All of those are Level 6 (except for Zaborg lv.5) with 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF.
