I know my high school record for a girl was like 11.2 seconds.  I would say an average time is 13 or 14 seconds.

well i would say 10:90 tp 11:20. It depends on if you are really good. Otherwise a timing of 11:00-11:75 is personally a nice timing to aim at.

if you're good--12.5-14 seconds

Depends if you are JV or Varsity.

All I can recall is that an average varsity time is about 12-13.
