  1. 20 teams in a league are too many.  The optimal # is 12.  If you do have 20 tho I would go w/ an 8 team play-off.

    8 teams starting week 14

  3. I would say 8 teams.  6 is too few.  If you want to go extreme, you can start at 10, but I think that's going too high.  I would go with 8.

  4. I'd go with 8 playoff teams. 2 weeks per round, 3 rounds, so they'd start week 12. 12 and 13 is the 1st matchup, 14 and 15 is the 2nd, and 16 and 17 is the championship.
