  1. If one car hits another there will be some type of evidence.  If you barely graze another vehicle you'll have abrasions and paint transfer at the point of impact, but if you actually hit someone there will be dents, as well as abrasions and paint transfer.  In most hit-and-run cases, the people who say they didn't know they hit someone are lying out their @$$es.  The only way I could see hitting someone and not knowing it is if you barely hit another car (or grazed it) and you were yakking on your cell phone or had your music cranked up...

  2. >>  wouldn't there be dents on car?

    Of course.

People lie when they get caught in hit and run.  Of course they knew.

You are too trusting to believe everybody.  You sound like a nice person, but you should not be on a jury as any schemer would easily fool you (not a bad thing to be innocent).  Of course the lawyers would love to have you.

    Good Luck...

  3. ...there probably would be but some cars are covered with dents and the argument could be made that the dents were already there from a previous accident so they didn't notice any new ones...

  4. Dents, skin, hair, blood, clothing and a whole lot more will be on the car just wait till forensics is finished with the vehicle.......

  5. that depends on how hard the hit is

  6. Not necessarily. It would depend on where it was hit.
