This would be an amazing match up, but I think I know who would win.

What do you think - and why?

  1. Bruce Lee?

    Jeet Kune Do?

Bruce Lee is waayyyyyyy too fast for Silva.

don't get me wrong, Silva would get some hits in...maybe... but Bruce Lee was just way too fast. Jeet Kune Do literally means the way of the intercepting fist. In other words: when your opponent starts to attack you, you hit him hard and fast in the opening he just made and you therefore stop his progress, inflict damage, and create further openings for future attacks. This is only possible by being incredibly quick. Bruce lee was so quick they had to slow down the film to show his kicks. Bruce Lee also used a number of elements from Wing Chun, and so close combat would be almost laughable to watch. Hes got range covered with his kicks. It no contest.

    Bruce Lee wins

  2. I dont think bruce lee could even beat KJ noons in a street fight , bruce lee was an actor not a pro fighter.

  3. no way, he weighed way less than him and wasnt as skilled in overall fighting

  4. Deffinatly Lee. I'm really not much of a fan, but i've read that his punches and kicks were so fast they had to slow down the camera to catch them on film for his movies. I'm sorry to all the MMA/UFC/BJJ or whatever it is now fans. Lee was one of the best, no questions asked.

  5. No chance.  Silva has at least 50 pounds on him, a huge reach advantage, grappling skills that far exceeded Lee's rudimentary knowledge of judo and wrestling, plus he has fought in dozens of full contact mma matches, whereas Bruce Lee had very few actual fights.

  6. Wow, im sorry but who ever says no you are sadly mistaken. Honestly It wouldnt even matter the weight difference. Bruce Lee was no joke even jackie chan said in an interview when he saw bruce lee making a movie. Jackie chan said you could barely see his kicks. He was that fast. And someone in an interview asked chuck norris when Bruce lee was making a movie with him that who would win in a deathmatch. and chuck norris said Bruce Lee ofcoarse. Bruce Lee was both good standing and ground fighting. And he knew how to hit, He even was able to do 1 finger push ups and if u say thats impossable it's not cause if you condition your fingers enough your fingers won't break under the pressure. So who ever says no, knows squat. Bruce Lee was no joke.

  7. ooohh, good question. I have to say Bruce Lee because his style was more geared to street fighting instead of fighting with rules. Theres a big difference. Anderson Silva has trained to fight with rules. Bruce Lee's style trained you for realistic situations.
