In a Yahoo Group, why don't I have "add photos" or "add albums"?

I have membership status, am able to post messages and look at photos and files but no clickable "add ..." for photos or files.

there are group settings, they are obviously set at 'Limited (members can download files; moderators can upload/modify/download files)' which includes photos and there is nothing you can do about this but to consut with the groups owner

The owner or moderator may have "restricted" it. You may send an e-mail to the owner ([e-mail]) or moderator in order to ask them to make it open to the members of the group (not public).
