Say I go there for lunch: will the celebrity chef prepare my food?

if not, when do they work in their restaurants?

  1. Probably not although it depends on the celebrity themselves.  I would like to think that perhaps Gordon Ramsay would.  He is awesome.


  2. Very unlikely. Those celebrity chefs have a huge workload. take Gordon Ramsay for instance, that guy has 18 restaurants all over the world and  does a lot of TV work, not to mention  the charity work that he does.  Jaimie Oliver has a new book out on a regular basis plus HIS TV commitments as well. They don't become celebrity chefs by hiding in the kitchen all the time .

  3. they're there from open to close.  and the easter bunny is the maitre'd, santa claus is the cook and the tooth fairy is your waitress.

  4. it depends if the restaurant has a big lunch crowd the chief may do one or two lunches a week, but for the most part the named chef owner works the prime dinner hours only mostly Friday sat nights.
