If you are referring to the Windbag, all I can say is, he is what is called a "Chicken Hawk".  A Chicken Hawk is a person who never served in the military, and yet speaks with great truculence about what who we should bomb.

I know I am old fashioned, but I believe in leadership by example.  Never send another person to do something you wouldn't do yourself.

This philosophy applies to our politicians, also.  When we go into combat, THEY (our politicians) should be in the front ranks.  You lead from the front.

After all, politicians are the easiest people to replace.
