  1. It's called a physical '~,~ The doctor's going to need to inspect ALL of your body. There usually won't be another person in the room with you and your doctor unless it's like your mom or your dad, or a resident (another doctor).

Stop being shy, 'n turn your head and cough!

  2. first, chill out

yes the doctor sees you naked, well not completely you can leave socks on, yes he does feel the testes for lumps and around the pubic area for hernias, the rooms are private of course, the doctor of course does other tests, heart rate, reflexes, ears and throat and so on

  3. At one point or another, all the items of clothing you mentioned will need to be removed, either separately or all at once. And yes, the doctor will examine your genitals, they are part of your body are they not?

  4. At some point your doctor will see everything.  No one is usually in the room with the two of you.

Now grow up and deal with it...

  5. different parts of your clothes come off at different times, or they make you lift your shirt or lower your pants.  Yes they check out your entire body, and that include the private areas that you may be concerned about him seeing.  He is a doctor and you do not have anything that he has not seen before.  It is part of your body and it will also need to be inspected as well.  Medical exams are designed to check your health and that is an area that needs to be checked too.

  6. Yes everything comes off eventually. Wash up before you go, and don't be embarrased. I've had to do it for female doctors. The thing you want to watch out for is the rectal exam. If you are not prepared or nervous, simply object and say "no I don't want that done I'm uncomfortable". But eventually you will need it to make sure your insides are okay. But you can put it off initially if it bothers you.

He / She will use a glove, and inspect you. They'll just look at your pee pee for sores and anything unusual. For your gonads (your balls buddy) the doctor does kneed them and apply light pressure to check their health. That's no big deal it only lasts a few seconds.

  7. What the doctor checks during an exam depends on your age and what your physical condition is.  Checking your eyes, ears, throat, blood pressure, reflexes, and listening to your breathing, are all pretty much standard.  If your are checked for a hernia, yes your genitals will be exposed.  different articles of clothing need to be removed for different parts of the examination.  I was always allowed to leave my shirt on while being checked for a hernia.

It's normal to be nervous and even a little scared when you first experience this, but there's really no reason to be.  The hernia exam lasts less than a minute, so you aren't nude for very long.  He'll feel under your s*****m and have you cough so he can check for weakness or bulges.  If you aren't circumcised, he'll probably make sure that your f******n is retracting normally for your age.

Remember that we all experience this and we're all nervous while being examined.  It's normal to feel vulnerable when we're less clothed than others in the room.  BTW, it's likely that only you, your doctor, and one of your parents will be in the examination room during your physical.  Try not to worry, it'll be over before you know it.
