In a kayak, what would be the best spot to go to for mini lobster season in the miami area???

Personally, I'd stay close to shore near structure... remember, you're in a kayak, not what other people refer to as a "real" boat. I'm further north in Fl, and haven't been down towards Miami since my grandmother lived down there... I really can't give specifics, but talk to people at a bait shop near where you plan on going out... they should be able to give some good advice.
