In a "illegal" state for Online Poker Gambling, what is the easiest/best way to deposit money into a account?

I play on Poker Stars. So Im thinking that my best option would be E-Checks. So if I enter my information on E-Checks as coming from an illegal state for online gambling, will I be declined? Or should I put false information on my location?
