  1. Adrenaline definitely does increase your speed and strength, but only  for the short term then you come down hard. That is why competitive fighters are trained to keep their adrenaline down and control themselves in a fight. Getting that dump right at the beginning might make you fast and strong for a short period, but it isn't worth the risk of the crash.

  2. U BEEN WATCHING 2 MUCH OF THAT BOURNE ULTIMATUM FILM

  3. Don't forget the drawbacks of the adrenaline dump.

Loss of fine motor skill (so you're left with gross movements)

    Impaired depth perception

    Muscle tension

    Shortened stamina

Depending on the martial art, they can effect you do different degrees.  If you do something where subtle motions are important, you'll be impaired without your fine motor skills.  But if you do Muay Thai, that might not be such an issue.

The increased muscle tension can also be detrimental to the snap in your punch or kick.

  4. If you have the good sense to do so...

It should be enough to give you the speed to run away.

Provided you don't freeze dead in your tracks!
