Does that mean that the British Government is planting evidence and inventing false stories to frame innocent teenagers and have them convicted for crimes which they never committed? How can a non communist, democratically elected Government get away with this type of conduct in this day and age? Or does it mean that they do commit the crimes but shouldn't be pestered or annoyed by the appliance of the law in case the trauma damages them psychology?

  1. No it's someone has the  idea that unless the government  throw good money after band in certain immigrant areas the youngsters will turn to crime. All very emotional conflict of interest along the line with no suggestions of exactly how it should be targeted. Of course the well behaved ones who are no way going to get into trouble are ignored. Answer get yourself into trouble and the world is is your oyster. Cynical  but sadly correct

  2. Or, in reality....

Take the youth of yesteryear. I used to play in the street. I would play football, tennis, British bulldog etc and yes, things got broke. I broke a pane of glass to a green house whilst playing ball sports and a fence on a slightly aggressive game of British bull dog and what happened to me? My mum and dad gave me a bollocking for playing in a stupid place / without thinking and put right the damage by deducting it from my pocket money!. This was NOT a police matter.

Now, once someone says 'a kid has smashed my greenhouse' then a crime has occurred. By government ruling it MUST be recorded by the police and so it adds to our crime figures. So, when the government judge the police and the crime they 'detect' aka 'solve' they must now arrest that child in order to 'solve' that crime.

As a result countless children obtain 'records' just for being children

Edit: Without having sight of the full report I can not say with a 100% cconfidence however I believe this is the case. On a personal level I know that police officers are being forced to lie in order to keep children out of the criminal justice system. For example, your a police officer called to a15 years old boy who has stolen a box of condoms from boots. He has done wrong and should be punished. However, do you confirm that he stolen the item thereby branding him a thief and baring them from some areas of employment for life (a record for theft is a record for theft!) or do you lie ensuring he is aware of his wrong and 'point him in right direction'? On one hand you criminlise our youth on the other you can question the officers integrity.

  3. This typical bollox by the liberal elite who run our police & legal system

  4. It is just new labour, they have ****** up so much it's just they have to blame someone.

When will they take responsibility for squandering a chance to make the UK a better place to live?
