  1. Understand your class structure followed by different assessment tools for your students and planning for your lesson according to the different disabilities you have in your class.

There are different guide and tools you can use to help you in your school

You're doing a good job, keep it up!

  2. Use differentiated instruction. This means the educational plan takes into account the way children take in instruction. For instance, children with auditory deficits need to have most things done visually. It also means that children can show their knowledge in differing ways, such as one who cannot write can answer verbally.

Group children by IEP goals, functioning levels or by learning style. If you have assistants, give each one a related group. Try to avoid whole group instruction if you have an extremely diverse group because there will always be a few who just don't get what you are doing and these kids will cause problems.

  3. im not a specialist like the other just a parent of child who attends a state school and the 3 things every teacher or aide or other staff member needs , patients, compassion, and a good sense of humor trust me on that one because sometimes they will get you laughing and you will find that it helps in more ways than one the other stuff will come with time
