  1. It depends on the surrounding cards and what layout you used.  Also depends on the question you asked.

    Although I do many diff layouts for myself, I always use specific ones for the types of questions and then let the cards tell the story.

Depends on where the cards were in your reading and what sort of spread you were doing.  It would probably be something along the lines of you reaching a higher level of consciousness and understanding spiritually within yourself.  The priestess and empress are both very strong and feminine major arcana cards.  

    As a wild guess I'd say it says you've come to an understanding, acceptance and sense of purpose about yourself which will make you a much stronger person. But again, as it's out of context it could mean something else entirely!
