In a total yugioh rut!?

theres a tornement coming next week, and i don't have a deck to use. Its like my first duel and the only cards I really have are 3 dark emperor structure deck( don't ask why or how i got them). What can I do now to create a deck? Full lists plz

Nothing to worry about. Basically all anyone needs at the moment to make a brilliant YuGiOh deck is three copies of that structure deck. OK, by the way that you've asked this question, I take it that you only have three copies of this structure deck and nothing else so I'll make a deck with nothing more than cards from this deck.

This is pretty much as good as I can do with only three copies of the Dark Emperor structure deck. However, this is probably more than enough to take you through a local tournament. This is a fairly strong deck. It's got good monsters and a strong spell/trap line-up to support the rest of the deck. If you do end up going to the tournament then good luck.
