IDK, but here is how you can find out. Grind a wedge of watermelon in your food processer. Using a strainer filter off the water. Using a measuring cup find the answer and get back to us.

Yes, there is a lot of water. Watermelon is good for you though, a 6 inch by 1.5 inch piece is packed with iron, about the same as a medium sized piece of meat.
