In adove flash CS3 how do I set a image as a background in a flash production?

I want to make a flash project in CS3 edition have a image as a background. How do i do this in detailed steps if possible? thanks you

The answer is easy. Layers.

All you have to do is press the add layer button (the little piece of paper with a plus sign on it, located on the bottom of the frame time line), then put the newly made layer on the bottom of your other layer(s). Then, add your image and your done!

If you want to change images, select the part of the time line you want to be spliced, then right click, Select the add key frame. Voila! Your done! Now your image frame is chunked into two pieces.  Leaving you some more space for your images.
