In all time wrestling, who deserved to win a world title that never did and who did not deserve one they won?

Two part question, folks. Who most deserved to win a world title that never did and who won a title that they did not really earn? Please stick to major feds (WWE, ECW or WCW)

Big Daddy V (Viscera) deserved to win the title at least once, hes been with the WWE for a pretty long time, but he's gone now.

I think Colin Delaney deserves the Vacant cruiserweight title because he definetaly went through a lot, and just because he is small and not like huge like Big Daddy V, or Mark Henry, but he is still a wrestler, and a good one for his size.

I don't think Edge deserves any titles well, because, he just asks Vickie for them, and theyre his, she will make them hand it over, she will do anything, even fire them (ex: Undertaker). And he freaks out and just randomly gets commentators and wrestlers (ex: Mick Foley) to tell him what he should do. He can figure it out on his own. I remember in one certain episode a certain some one **cough** **edge** told a certain audience he was the mots intellegent wrestler ever, and most experienced ever, and then he surrounded himself with chairs and tables and ladders and just sat there acting like a mental r****d.

This is a question that could take pages of space to answer, but let's keep it relatively simple..

1. Who deserved to win a title, but never did..

- Rick Rude.  For all of his accomplishments, he was never given a true push towards WWF or WCW gold.  He faced Kevin Von Erich for the WCCW title a couple of times, but never claimed the belt.  As "Simply Ravishing" as he was with the I-C & U.S. titles, think of a World title run.

- Although he did win the title, the run Andre the Giant was given was shameful.  I have been a fan of the Giant (the one TRUE Giant ) since seeing him wrestle at the Olympic Auditorium as a kid.  WHen he challenged Hogan on Piper's Pit, I actually jumped up & down.  Then, when he beat Hogan for the title, I was thrilled.., for about thirteen seconds before they had him "give" the title to DiBiase.  Then, the subsequent double DQ in the tournament that led to Randy Savage's first title made me want to put a hit out on Vince McMahon & WWF Creative for that BS.  

2. Who won a world title, but was not deserving..

- Chris Jericho's Undisputed Chamionship was a travesty to the sport.  This was a title that could have brought about alot of respect to WWE, could have brought respectable closure to WCW, & put the sport as a whole on a pedestal.  What do they do? Instead of letting the two best in the sport fight it out, McMahon has to do a run-in & give Jericho the belt.  So much for a historical event.

- Randy Orton's second title run.  When he beat Chris Benoit for his first title, which led to the Evolution split, I was actually proud of Randy (..& despite what happened, I have always been a fan of Benoit's..).  But, when Cena got hurt & they gave Randy the belt instead of him winning it, respect went out the window.



- Tazz's last championship.  In ECW, Mike Awesome held the ECW title, but jumped ship to WCW.  ECW made him return & face an ECW wrestler in a match to lose the title.  Instead of picking a wresstler still within the federation, (Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, h**l-Mikey Whipwreck if necessary), they call in Tazz, who had already jumped ship over to the WWF.  It was okay to see Tazz win, but it should have been someone actually still in the federation.

Chris Benoit (RIP) deserved at least one WWE Championship but at least he had the World Heavyweight Championship.

David Arquette did not deserve to hold the WCW title.
