  1. I'm inclined to choose D, but the answer could depend on how you define each of those first three lettered items.

    A thesis should be narrow enough to be discussed thoroughly in the space allotted.

    A thesis should indicate an opinion that might be the writer's opinion, or it might be the opinion the writer thinks the reader wants to see.

    A thesis should have one point of view rather than several.

    a doesnt make sense. you dont have to write an essay about your own opinion.
