In an explosion,could earth combust in spheres or 'droplets' of earth,like water, rather than misshapen pieces

  2. Earth can be a lot of different materials and explosions can come a lot of different ways. With many explosions, solid materials can melt, propelling them like liquid, into spheres and droplets.

  3. It would depend on the explosion.Is it internal or external?

    possibly even some type of implosion.All would effect different types of Shapes.

    Also, a good amount of earth is molten and liquid, which would form nice droplet shapes for sure.
