  1. PLEASE NOTE.. THE RATES IN UP MARKET AREAS LIKE JUBILEE HILLS BEGUMPET MADHAPUR IS EVEN RS 3500. SO I WOULD SAY ITS DEFINETLY WORTH IT PROVIDED OTHER AMENETIES ARE GOOD
