In any country,is it possible to end terrorism without control over corruption.?

Suppose people were to put themselves in a trance and imagine what it would be like to be another creature say they take this idea and spread it through alternative news sources .

This could preclude monetary corruption and end terrorism as it could improve understanding.

Probably not. Some acts of terrorism are done in order to better a country, as not all terrorist acts a violent ones. Terrorism is just to cause terror in certain people, and that can be done simply through propaganda. So, it probably wouldn't be possible to end terrorism, unless people suddenly all had the same opinons as each other, and there were no conflicts of interest.
