Yes, I don't believe there is a law that prohibits it. I guess it's ok as long as your not drinking in the street.

Yes you can so long as you are not being loud, rude and obnoxious or disturbing the peace. Becoming a public menace is against the law so try not to p***off the neighbours and keep the noise levels down a bit. Better still, invite the neighbours to join you and then no one can complain.

In Australia, you can drink alcohol naked and swaying back and forth if you want to in church as long as you leave the wife at home and are with a good mate who laughs with you!

I love the Aussies.....They are an original bunch.....

And yes, I've actually been there.  Nothing but good memories about the visit.

Yes.  You can even drink it on other people's front lawn, if you ask nicely.  

But you can't drink in public places--like at the beach, or on the street.
