In average, how much would it cost to create a advertisement based company?

You don't have to think of various situations. I just want to know the average cost to start this business.

It would be nice if somebody could explain other costs along with it.

If you were to create advertisements like a graphic designer, than $1000 for a moderate computer and you can find plenty of free programs.  Ofcourse it isn't the professional way, so lets say a New Mac priced around $2500.  Adobe CS3 $900-1500 depending on which package you get.  If you want to do 3D design work, that can be $1000 for lightwave, $3500 if you go for StudioMax or double that for Maya.  That will give you mostly print options.  If you want to do video you'll need to spend a ton more.
