  1. So long as she's turned out and her passe isn't too high, she won't hit him. Even if she isn't stellar at finger pirouettes, so long as he's good at turning her hips and she has what I mentioned earlier, nothing bad should happen.  


  2. You mean is his pride and joy in danger of being hit?  

  3. Well, in the 4 pas de deux classes I did while at Ballet Chicago's intensive, one guy got a minor hit. I'd say that as long as the girl has some idea of what she's doing, you'll be fine.
