  1. well if you lift weights you will develop muscles, that will help you hit harder. steroids usually work since its legal in MLB


  2. I run about 2 miles 3-4 times a week and it find it helps your base running speed a lot.  With your swing, keep your weight on your back foot and learn to go to the opposite feild on command.  I lift weights in a gym and they usually have trainers that can help you get a routine set for weights.  I thought that the trainer thing would be a drag but I'm glad i did it.
