In bittorrent, what kind of proxy server should I use?

I want to download torrents annonymously. In bittorrent u have the option to use a proxy. these are my current settings-

type-none (socks4, socks5, https, http)

proxy-left blank

port-8080

Authentication-not checked

use proxy server for p2p connections-unchecked

Just download Peer Guardian, they will set averything automatically and block access to your computer by unauthorized parties.  You can also block HTTP.  Peer Guardian besides from protecting your identity on P2P also blocks Spyware.  

Tips:

Update Peer Guardian regularly.  When updating, you must first disable.  Don't have BittTorrent open at that time.  Than click update.  If you still get an error message, close the program (right click on task bar and Exit), than reopen it.  Than click update, update, than enable.  You can also set automatic updates but you have to check and make sure it's updating.  It might do so when your computer restarts.

Some people have given up on Peer Guardian because of this little bug with the update process.  But it's a great program and it will block all access to your PC including anti P2P sites including watchdog groups that get ISPs for lawsuits.  I always run Peer Guardian when I am on the internet.  Setting Proxy alone will not do that unless you have an advanced firewall program and know exactly what your doing.  A lot of people download to their hearts content thinking nobody can see what their doing and they are mistaken!  RIAA are actively suing people using P2p sites (especially Limewire, Emule, and other popular sites).  They plan to begin agressive campaigns in the near future like they did with Kazaa where they sued like 100,000 people over a 2 year period.
