  1. It is depend on the situation. Try to pay some attention on the dealer. If dealer always get 19 or 20, then hits, else stands. If you not sure about it, stand.


  2. It is better to find a table where the dealer stand on soft 17. It gives the player a slightly better advantage.

  3. According to my source if a dealer hits on soft 17 it will cost you 0.22%.  Or in other words the house gains an extra 0.22% advantage.

    In the great scheme of things it doesn't sound like a major issue versus some of the other things they can do.
