counting cards mean just remembering cards that have came so you can predict on comming cards ??

Counting systems are more simple than that.  All cards are given a value, like 2-6 is worth -1, 7-9 worth 0, and 10-A worth +1, for example.

So you don't have to remember each and every card that has been dealt, there are not many people in the world who can do that.  But in the example I just gave you would keep a running count in your head, merely subtracting or adding a number for each card that comes out.  So that way you only need to remember one number.

It's all about tracking the shoe and knowing when the count is sufficiently high to justify larger bets.

You can't predict what cards are left to come, but you can know when the deck is stacked in your favor and thus take advantage of that.

Of course you also have to know perfect basic strategy, or the system is worthless.  And even if the count is in your favor as a player, there is still variance or luck that can still s***w you over.

These days it is definitely not a license to print money.

basically yes. Usually there is a strategic system where low cards and high cards are counted as having similar value. Thus, when there are more low cards left in the deck than high cards, the dealer is at an advantage and you bet the minimum. When there are more high cards than low cards left, the player is at an advantage and you bet more.  It is very difficult though and since they use multiple decks at the casinos, its not very efficient.

Its not about predicting specific cards, its about the probability that those coming cards are to your advantage over the dealer.
