In blackjack....?

If the dealer get blackjack or nautral 21 do you pay him the 3:2 or do you just lose?

You lose only your original bet unless you also have a natural, then it is a push and nobody wins.

This rule is a worth a lot, you should always make sure that blackjack pays 3:2 and not 6:5 or even money.

If you have 21 as well then its a push, otherwise you just lose your current bet. Its one part of blackjack that is in favour of the player. The casino pays you 3:2 for blackjack but you don't need to pay the dealer 3:2 for his blackjack.
