  2. Usually means TOTAL consuption at given speeds ( to go 20 mph,would take the same fuel whether 1 engine or 2 or 3)

    Quick rule of thumb

    Total HP divided by 15 usually equals Total GPH at FULL throttle(350 hp / 15 = 23 gph)

    REMEMBER 1/3 of the fuel to get there

    1/3 to get back and 1/3 for safety sake
