  1. confirm before you board the flight


  2. Had a similar experience and tried rebooking and landed up with two flight tickets. Fortunately I called up the airlines to confirm and found out about it so was able to cancel one and get the refund.

    What is the site ?

    If you complain the amount would be returned to you. Keep all the relevant information with you. Like - Date and time of booking, amount paid, error message you got, fligh no. etc.
