  1. All you'll make is a couple of thousand if you are lucky. It depends on what under card you fight. Slowly you work up to the big paydays if you are any good.

  2. it depends on how u fight if u win u get more if u lose u get less

  3. Did the first answer say 100,000 are you kidding me! I know a fighter won't make that on his first fight. I don't know how much but, 100,000 is way to much for a debut fight unless your a gold medalist.

  4. not much, usually. if you are a golden glove winner, you can probably make about 500 or $1,000, but if you are just a pro debut, you can make about 100.

  5. Its not 100,000.

How much a boxer makes on his pro debut depends,

For example if you had a GREAT amatur career like winning the gold in the olympics you could make

50,000 in your pro debut, thats how much DE la hoya made

    Leonard made 40,000

    Roy jones made about 45,000

    Mayweather made 25,000.

And thats because those guys were at the elite skill level.

For the average joes, the can make about 1,0o0 on a bout

also the main events can make anywhere from 5 k to10k.

When it all comes down to it, it depends on skill level,

fame like how well your known and PROMOTER.

Caus hes the guy that pays you, also your pay will increase

as you get higher and higher up the ladder in the ranks.

In boxing there are only 3 guys

    Journey men

    Prospects

    Average joes

  6. It depends on how big your name is as an amateur. No names are lucky to make a few hundred bucks. Sugar Ray Leonard wasn't going to box pro, but when they offered him like a half million for his very first fight, he jumped on it. That's because he is probably the most popular boxer we have ever had coming out of an Olympic games.

  7. Not very much.  It isn't worth going pro before you are ready and if you lose the fight you are looking at making even less for your next fight.  I'd say you're lucky if you get more than 1,000
