  1. I think the more important point to take from that show is if dog breeding is all about breeding the best with the best, then surely a dog with a disease or a disfigurement is not the best so it should be excluded from breeding purposes. The breed standard for any pedigree dog should include "FREE FROM ALL KNOWN DISEASES". With all the evidence that close inbreeding creates problems breeders will then be less inclined to breed such close relatives.

  2. I seen that show too!!

  4. don't believe all you watch on TV

IT IS NOT AS BAD AS THEY MADE LOOK

NO ONE SHOULD BREED WITH A DOG WHO IS NOT FIT TO BE BRED FROM

  5. How sad that people watch 1 hour of Television and really believe that a show which set out to shock gives a true picture of ALL breeders.

By the way - that would be inBRED

Perhaps you should do a little more research before making sweeping pronouncements.

Why not do something positive and focus on cutting out the real suffering caused by puppy farmers and backyard breeders?

  6. that's what DNA test are for!! required by all responsible breeders have faith not all breeders are stupid.
