what prestige and lvl do i need to be to unlock the desert eagle, and what is the best wepon?

You need to be Lvl 43 in any prestige to achieve the desert eagle. The best assault gun that i know of is either the M4, M16, or the AK47. The M16 is a noob weapon to some, so use at your own risk. Best SMG is probably the MP5, or the P90. There isn't really a best LMG, they all have different fire rates which variates their accuracy/damage. The best shotgun is the first one, once you get the grip. The best sniper is the first, default one. It is the most powerful, even more-so than the Barrett .50 cal.

I think it was around 52? You don't need to prestige. You automatically get the gold desert eagle at 55. Don't ask what's the best weapon. Ask yourself: which one am I good with?

you get the desert eagle at 42 and the gold desert eagle at level 55 then you can prestige at level 55 if you have the required experience.

my favorite gun is the p90 because of its good damage rate and fast shooting speed.. try it with the red dot sight.

Level 43 or so is when you open the regular desert eagle on any prestige..and the gold DE is unlocked at level 55 every prestige. The best weapon is really up to what kind of player you are. Personally, I like the M9 a lot more than the DE, just because of how I usually play, but to each his own. As far as the best weapons that I use, I'd go with the AK47 with red dot in the assault rifle section. With my SMGs, I gotta go with the AK-74u. That gun is more beasty than anyone seems to give it credit for. The best and most powerful sniper rifle (actually even with the .50 Cal in damage) is the R700. It only carries 4 rounds and is bolt action, but is a beast at any range. One shot, one call most every time and pinpoint accuracy every time. Kicks like a mule, but if you're a good sniper, it's not all too hard to compensate for. With LMGs, I usually go with an M-60 with an ACOG or red dot, depending on the area, with Overkill and a Pump Shottie.. Trust me, the lack of stopping power doesn't make a difference with this setup ;-)
