In call of duty 4 how long does it take to get from 3rd prestige to 10th prestige?

it depends on how good you are and how long you play. there is no short cuts. If you advance say at 5 levels per day, that's already 11 days x 7 prestige modes = 77 days... or over 2 months... make sure to get a blood transfusion because your eyes will surely bleed...
