In canada, is it possible to do Engineering in Part time?

Hi, I'm Inbasekaran from India. I'm Diploma Holder in mechanical Engineering having 8 years of Exp. in CAD field. I want to Immigrate to CANADA. Also I want to pursue my higher Education over there especially Engineering in part Time. Is it possible to study Part time Engineering in CANADA? If possible, what are all universities or colleges providing part time engineering? And which is the best one? How can I apply? is it possible to get scholarship in Part time engineering? My questions are too long but I need badly.

As an international student you are not permitted to study part-time; all international students must be in full-time education.
