  1. Sounds to me like it really screwed you in this deal. Maybe you could get good luck here.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  2. People build their own decks to save money...if you could use a reliable professional for the same price wouldn't you?

Seems to make more sense to use a professional than a customer service representative.

    Shop and see.

  3. No.  But if you're not using an agent, you need to read your policy, and be moderately familiar with auto insurance laws and tort laws in your state.

It's kinda like having a golf instructor.  You can do it yourself, but sometimes the advice from someone who knows what they're doing, makes things a lot more pleasant for you.

And most of the time, you don't pay anything extra for it, anyway.

  4. Nope.

  5. No.  All of the major insurance providers offer the ability to get insurnace over the web.  If you ever need help, you call in to an 800 customer service line.  I've had my insurnace that way for years and have no complaints.

  6. No, an agent isn't a must. However, since the premium is exactly the same whether you use an agent or not wouldn't it be nice to have someone local to call if you have any problems or questions? Also, the agent can sit down with you and explain your policy and can take as long as you need to understand everything.
