I would suggest "Pit" based on comodities trading. It's hilarious, even when there is no storm raging outside.

Upstairs, wind-able flashlight and a couple of boardgames. I recommend Scrabble and Catan, but not Risk or Monopoly because the slightest breeze wrecks the game in play..

Unless you're in tornado territory, in which case you've got to weight the flood and blowing away risks when choosing between upstairs and the basement.
